Rental agreement — summary
The plain-language version. The full agreement is shown before you sign at move-in.
Term
Month to month. Either side may end the rental with 10 days’ written notice (online notice counts).
Rent and fees
Rent is due on your monthly anniversary date. A $29 administration fee is due at move-in. Payments more than 10 days late incur a $20 late fee. We give at least 30 days’ notice of any rate change.
Access
Gate hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily. Your gate code is personal; don’t share it.
Use of the unit
Storage only. No hazardous, flammable, perishable or illegal items; no living or working in the unit. You provide the lock and hold the only key.
Protection
You are responsible for insuring your stored property, through your own policy or our protection plan.
Default
Accounts unpaid for 30 days may be over-locked and are subject to the state’s self-storage lien law.
