Everything works end to end. Nothing is real: the business is fictitious and no money moves.

Test cards
Payments go through a simulated card processor that accepts Stripe’s test numbers. Use any future expiry date, any 3-digit CVC and any 5-digit ZIP.

Things to try
- Browse the units, size guide and photos without logging in.
- Pay a bill: log in as the tenant, click Pay now, tick “Save card for AutoPay”.
- Rent a unit: pick any available size, create a new account during checkout, and get a gate code.
- Forgot password: request a reset, then open the demo mailbox to follow the link.
- Manager view: occupancy map, delinquent accounts, recording a cash payment, changing web rates.
- Fast-forward time: from the manager dashboard, advance the clock a month and watch rent post, AutoPay run and late fees apply.
In the demo, outgoing email is captured in the demo mailbox instead of being sent.
